Meet Erin Ressa - Business Banking Relationship Manager at KeyBank

I am a seasoned business banking, relationship manager with more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, including almost 12 years with KeyBank. I partner with business owners to streamline cash flow and implement customize banking solutions that support long-term growth. I am known for my relationship driven approach and serve as a strategic advisor to the clients I support. Since 2019 I have co-chaired Key4Women in Columbus, championing women in business through educational events and community engagement. I also serve on the board of Small Biz Cares, the diversity chamber of central Ohio, and the WSBA, where I serve as vice chair and advocate for accessible mentoring, education and entrepreneurial support for women. Outside of work, I am a proud mom of four and can often be found cheering on my sons, Ivan and Roman with travel baseball and taekwondo.
